At our school we pride ourselves in the relationships we develop with our families. We want to help and support our families as much as we can.

The role of the Parent Support Worker (PSW) is to work directly with parents and carers on a range of issues as part of the schools extended service. The PSW will offer a listening ear, where you can talk in confidence and can discuss worries or concerns and help families access other services or agencies. The PSW can also offer moral support and act as a school link to enable all parents and carers access all aspects of school life.

Our Parent Support Worker is Jenny Frend who works in the school office. Mrs Frend can offer families information and advice on how to get help and support if needed. Mrs Frend is also the school’s attendance officer. Mrs Frend can be contacted on 01202 291227 in the school day from Tuesday-Friday or you can pop into the school office and ask to speak with her.

Mrs Frend is on the playground when the children come into school between 8.40-9am. If Mrs Frend is unavailable, please leave a message with one of the office staff and she contact you as soon as she can.
